Friday Afternoon Videos: My Banana Hands, Sweding Elm Street, and more

Here's some crap to brighten your day...

A Nightmare on Elm Street ... "sweded"
What used to be "affectionate recreation" has been dubbed "sweding", a term that will get a lot of play once Michel Gondry's Be Kind Rewind comes out in a few weeks. I think Gus van Sant technically brought the questionable art form in to the mainstream with his shot-by-shot Psycho remake, but the low-fi fan-created recreations are generally much more fun.

Check out A Nightmare on Elm Street in just five minutes, with all the major setpieces intact. Seriously, the woman who plays Ronnee Blakley is just about the best thing EVER.

Jane Fonda says "Cunt" on The Today Show
I really thought I couldn't love this woman any more, especially since her brilliant "Cooking with Feminists" segment on The Colbert Report. But the bitch went and upped her game.

My Hands Are Bananas
Why, you're right! They are!

Jane Fonda saying "cunt" is the least offensive thing I've seen on that program in long time. Considering how they constantly included inane crap and try to pass it off as news.

That Nightmare On Elm Street has me pissing in the aisles. I'm Sweding to the oldies right now (not as fun as Swifting though). And I know your favorite part is that goddamn poodle.
Feel free to post more.

As for Janerella, the woman is a genius. The word didn't slip, she knew exactly what she was doing (and not to be punk either). The word, taken out of context, is just like any other word. I do love how the woman sitting next to her can't stop looking away from Meredith (if that's who that interviewer is) to see her reaction.

PS Don't they have a fucking delay?

PPS i bet it's the first time it's ever been said on Television. right?

ESP I'm reading her autobiography and i highly recommend it. She really is a smart cookie. Almost makes me wish i had a "cunt".

Are we free to swear on here? Probably encouraged.
