I just had to crawl out of my spider-hole for a second to share a tip on a sure-to-be amazing live reading of the script of the original Friday the 13th that’s being held in NYC on Oct. 28th to benefit Theatre East. There will be a cocktail hour, prizes, and a photo booth, and folks who chip in the suggested donation will be entered into a lottery for the chance to win a small speaking part. (I wanna be the girl in the cold open!)
Check out Theatre East (which does really cool educational and community-based work using theater in the city) for details and to RSVP. And if you go, be sure to tell ‘em Buzz – an old friend of the Christys – sent ya!
