Congratulations to the HalloweenCostumes.com Contest Winner!

Last week we announced that the fine folks at HalloweenCostumes.com were giving a $75 credit toward purchase to one lucky reader (in the continental U.S. – sorry, far-flung friends!!).

The winning submission in the True Blood character Halloween dress-up challenge (selected at random using a bona fide random number generator, ain’t we fancy) was Rick‘s “First Lady” costume suggestion for the ever-classy Nan Flanagan. Too bad Nan didn’t get your suggestion just a titch earlier, because a little diplomacy might have kept her guts off the carpet!

Thanks again to everyone who submitted an entry (many of them were GENIUS) and of course to the contest sponsor – be sure to pay them a visit if you’re in the market for Halloween costumes of any kind this year. (They will be stocking a Merlotte’s waitress costume later this month, hint hint.)
